This month we have events to help your body and mind prepare for fall. At the Back Bay Clubhouse, starting September 24, we’re hosting a 9 week Positivity and Relaxation Training program to teach you how to manage stress, improve sleep and physical activity. Our Junior Squash Clinics begin on September 28 with a focus on beginner and advanced techniques. At the Downtown Clubhouse, we’re having an Autumnal Yoga session on September 23 led by Equinox.
