Harvard Club to Host Fundraiser for the Medicine in Motion Cycling Team

July 12, 2019 –The Harvard Club will host a fundraiser for Medicine in Motion, a cycling team led by Club members and medical students Mike Seward ’15, m’21, Logan Briggs, m‘21, Chase Marso, m‘21, Derek Soled, m’21 and Katie Lantz ‘15.

The team will compete in the 2019 New England Bike to the Beach to raise funds and awareness to support individuals with autism.

The fundraiser will take place on July 19, 2019 at the Harvard Club’s Back Bay Clubhouse and is part of the Harvard Club with a Heart initiative. Members and guests will be invited to make a donation and participate in a raffle, with all proceeds going toward the team’s goal of $20,000.

Harvard Club with a Heart was established in 2014 to help support Boston’s nonprofit community. Members and Club staff volunteer at organizations such as Cradles to Crayons and Women’s Lunch Place, and support other Harvard-affiliated non-profit organizations, such as ArtLifting, a nonprofit founded by Harvard graduate Liz Powers, which supports artists impacted by homelessness or disability.
