GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE:
Monday -- Spinning 6:45 am
Tuesday -- Total Conditioning 7:00 am and 8:00 am
Wednesday -- Spinning 6:45 am and 6:30 pm
Thursday -- Total Conditioning 8:00 am
Friday -- No classes
Saturday -- Spinning 9:30 am; Total Conditioning 10:30 am
Sunday -- No classes
Group exercise classes are free to all athletic members. Please call the Fitness Center at 617-450-4400 to reserve your spot.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Total Conditioning - This class will be a combination of basic Yoga moves,
core strengthening, light muscle conditioning and stretching. This class is great for all fitness levels.
Spinning- A 45 minute indoor cycling class with a Certified Spinning
Instructor geared to all fitness levels. With fabulous music, you will be challenged
both aerobically and anaerobically through steady state and interval training. Get ready to burn those extra
calories!

Policies
As a new fitness center member, you are required to set up an
appointment with a Staff Exercise Physiologist for an orientation
and personalized workout program. Then you will be issued a workout
card.
You must retrieve your card prior to each workout. You may carry
it with you, or place it in the "out" box.
Fitness center members are welcome to bring guests. Guest charge
is $20 for a guest of a fitness member. For Harvard Club Members
who have not purchased a fitness pass, the charge is $20, and
$20 for a guest.
