As always, many thanks to you and your staff for all the handholding and detailed coordination that went into our 3rd Annual Boston Holiday Cocktail Reception on December 4th. I always know that no matter how much we all put into the preparation there always seems to be something that would benefit from a small modification. This year you and your staff made major changes at the last minute to both the size and set up of the Harbor Suite. Your insight into removing the air wall and extending the space was brilliant – it completely opened up the space and allowed for a more complete view of Boston’s holiday skyline. Additionally, the podium riser helped guests focus on our message and your help in reducing its size worked well within the space. Your event recommendations, can-do attitude, and flexibility right down to the last moments before our event were stellar. Thank you. I offer special thanks to Carlos who cheerfully accommodates everything anyone could possibly want or need before, during ,and after a Downtown Harvard Club event.
We heard many complements about the stations and will consider a similar approach for next year as it kept our budget in line and encouraged movement around the room. Before 2013 is here, may I lock in a tentative date of December 2nd, 2013 for next year’s holiday reception in the Harbor Suite?
